Since 1977, Bidwells has gained a reputation for realistic and unbiased advice, high standards of service, professional ethics and ultimately, achieving the best prices on behalf of our clients. Bidwells is a multi-branch, independent estate agency specialising in the sale, letting and residential property within the Surrey area. Its success has been broadly based upon the following simple beliefs :-
- That we aim to achieve the very best sale price for our Vendor’s property. We do this by maximising our exposure to the market place through various forms of media which are more fully explained within this guide.
- That Bidwells’ Property Consultants conduct business in a fair and open manner. We base our practice on the Code of Conduct of the National Association of Estate Agents, of which we are members.

The Partners
Stephen Bidwell - FNAEA – Founder and Consultant
Stephen Bidwell now acts as a Consultant to Bidwells. Stephen began his long and illustrious career locally during 1973. However, in 1977, he took the bold step of established his own business trading under the name of Bidwell Estates which during 2000 became the Bidwells we know today. His philophosy was always to build a business based on honesty and integrity which all the partners have bought into.Peter Jones, MNAEA - Partner
Peter Jones has worked within Estate Agency since 1987. He has worked within the local property market since 1998. In November 2004 he became a Partner overseeing three branches together with the Letting Division. Peter Jones is a ‘Member’ of the National Association of Estate Agents and Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents.
