Client Liaison Team
If your solicitor is busy or you need help and advice out of hours you can simply call our trained Client Liaison Team who can often answer your questions and provide the information which you might need. They are computer linked both to your solicitor and to the Bidwells group of offices.
Cheaper fees
Conveyancing Team as a rule of thumb is often far cheaper then traditional solicitors fees. A quote can easily be provided to you within a matter of minutes. Using the latest technology we are able to prepare a quote for you via our bespoke in-house software. For your convenience Conveyancing Team offer several different ways of updating you on the progress of your sale:-

Via www.teamconveyancing.co.uk with your unique pin number you are able to view the progess of your sale 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Telephone
Either speak directly to your solicitor or should they be engaged a representative from the Client Liaison Team will handle your enquiry on your solicitor’s behalf – no more leaving messages!
